Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 180 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and included components where applicable. Proof of purchase or the original order number may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@livorali.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email service@livorali.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and follow the instructions provided.

Do not send a return without prior authorization.

Return Address

Approved returns are handled through our return facility in China. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we generally process the refund within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
